LYENN is pretty known in Belgium as the giant bass of jazz rock ensemble DANS DANS and for years now essential bass player in The Mark Lanegan Band together with WasteMyRecords label amigo Aldo Struyf of Crayon Sun.
A Decade of beautiful ’maladies’ since his debut album in 2009; “The Jollity Of My Boon Companion” featuring Marc Ribot, Sam Amidon, Jolie Holland and Ches Smith, the prestigious NYC avant garde elite Ribot got together to record LYENN’s heavenly debut album!
10 years later LYENN has evolved into one of the most talented avant-garde singsong of his time and age! Often compared to Jeff Buckley and Mark Hollis of Talk Talk, LYENN is an institution in profound avant-garde music scenes, from Brussels to New York City over Madrid to London!
