5th studio album & follow up to Kid A! Produced by Nigel Godrich, inc 'Knives Out' & 'Pyramid Song'
Amnesiac is the fifth studio album by the English rock band Radiohead, released in June 2001 by Parlophone. Recorded with producer Nigel Godrich during the same sessions as Radiohead's previous album Kid A (2000), Amnesiac incorporates similar influences of electronic music, 20th-century classical music, jazz and krautrock. Radiohead decided to split the work as they feared a double album would be too dense; singer Thom Yorke described Amnesiac as "another take on Kid A, a form of explanation.
