Antler Records Early Years Volume 2 goes back to the early start of the Antler label featuring tracks I recorded between 1980 and 1985. 40+ years of history of the legendary label.

In 1978 I was 22 and witnessed a brutal transition from prog-rock to punk-rock and in Belgium I was part of the transition from punk rock to new wave and from new wave to EBM. An unimaginable experience!  I got totally absorbed in a permanent musical revolution! 

Antler Early Years Volume 2 is a sound picture of what the Belgian music scene was all about from the early eighties to the mid eighties. Antler “Early Years” volume 2 is not only for the Antler fans but for all of you who want to revive this extremely creative lap of time!

This album was compiled by my good friend Lieven De Ridder (Walhalla Records) and is a collection of the most rare and sought after recordings from that era. An inlay with quotes from all the Artists is explaining how they did it, why they did it and what it meant to them back then and now.
